SEPAM is Seeking a Proposals Engineer/Manager to be based at our office in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Experienced in: –
- Service Agreements & Proposals –
- Framework Agreements
- Quantity Surveying / Contract Management
- Must understand Contract Terms & Conditions with Client and also be able to prepare Business Plans Post Proposal / award to Set Targets, Strategy and Pass T&C’s to our Subcontractors.
- Understand Cash flow & Debtors & Creditors
- Project Controls Experience in Costing & Planning
- Oil & Gas, Infrastructure & Heavy Industry Experience
- Have worked on Mega Projects in Execution Phase on Cost & Billing
- Understand WBS & CBS Relationships
