An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Junior Project Coordinator to join this dynamic and unique global organisation. Based in a prestigious location within Dubai, our client is a globally recognised industry leader, for software and facilities management security. Supporting the Project Manager, you will be part of a team from a diverse range of backgrounds and you will be guided and equipped with the knowledge and skills to enhance the opportunity for career development. As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the entire administrative aspects of the project life cycle from creation through to approval, acting as the crucial link between your designated department and the finance team. You will be required to take a view of where the project is at, whilst understanding the project’s vision and aims at all times. Your duties will involve entering budget and costing data into the company database, attending project meetings, taking notes, tracking purchase orders and invoices and managing numerous strict deadlines. As the project life-cycle moves forward, your role will involve coordinating with the financial department, following up with over-due payments all the way through to the completion of the project.

Requirements:

In order to be considered for this role, you will have at least two years’ experience within a similar role and you will be proactive and a tenacious individual. You will have good verbal and communication skills and be organized with a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a high work load coupled with the ability to work under strict deadlines and you must have proven advanced skills in Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Complete fluency in English is essential to this role.

Salary: AED 12,000 – 13,000 plus benefits
